Near 15-year accumulated experience in Banking and Telecoms consulting, mostly at Accenture Portugal.
My involvement on several high-profile consultancy projects with customers - some of them international - has strengthened my skills and team-management capabilities. Amongst these, the set-up of the back-office for a large Telecoms customers, or the set-up of a Customer Service for a large Utilities service-provider.
As I am open to new challenges and vertical/lateral moves, I came across an opportunity to move into a new area within Accenture: the development of its corporate citizenship programs for Portugal, Angola and Mozambique. This has been an intense experience, which I look forward to expand over the coming years.
